| Please
note there is no charge to register with us, there
is absolutely nothing to pay until sold. As a result
of a sale our charge is 10% of the agreed sale price,
or 5% if sold within 28 days to someone on our wanted
register. We do need a full and accurate account
of what you are selling, together with a recent
clear photograph. This can all be emailed back to
us or sent in the post. Our website is updated on
a regular basis and your item will be included within
48 hours of us receiving your instructions. By completing
the form you enter into a contract. We will be dedicating
our time to you we would respect it if you declined
from marketing your item on any other site without
our prior knowledge. We forward your contact details
to those that we feel would suit your sale item,
they will then contact you direct and arrange a
suitable viewing time. You deal with the purchaser
direct and simply inform us when a successful sale
takes place of the agreed sale price. We will follow
this up with an invoice. Please note: We do keep
a strict record of all enquiries and appreciate
the honesty shown from both the vendor and purchaser. |
